Job Description
1. Processing all new and renewal accounts within a specified timescale and ensuring all paperwork submitted is accurate.
2. Process all documentation correctly and maintain files and records according to procedures.
3. Keeping customers informed of the progress with their orders.
4. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
5. Other ad hoc duties as required, and any reasonable requests made by Management, and also attend training courses as required.
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
1. Strong administrative skills.
2. Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
3. Strong communication skills.
