As a Customer Team Leader, you will be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the store team, coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members, and deputizing for the Store Manager when needed. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain store safety and compliance.
About the Job
As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring excellent customer service and store operations
Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Maintaining store safety and compliance
Leading the introduction of new products and services
Coaching and supervising our Customer Team Members
Deputizing for the Store Manager when needed
