Our client is a leading manufacturing and production company based close to Chichester, West Sussex. We are looking for an Office Administrator to the team and assist the day-to-day operations of the business.
We are looking for somebody with the following credentials:
* Time management, organisational and multi-task skills
* Confident and professional manner
* Strong leadership skills
* Can work on own Initiative
* Motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to learn
* A working knowledge on Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Strong written and verbal communicator
Responsibilities:
* Sales office support
* Accounts department support
* General administrative duties
Essential:
* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
* Educated to GCSE level
* Written and verbal communication skills
* Strong Microsoft Office, Word Excel knowledge
* Understanding of accounting, data entry and record management
* Comfortable with digital filing and document management systems
