Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing purchasing and management of purchase orders

Handling third-party invoicing efficiently
Conducting audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
Generating detailed reports and analysis
Setting and reviewing tariffs and prices
Administering systems on relevant IT platforms
Managing contracts associated with parking services
Developing strategy and policy documents to guide the service
Job Requirements:
Experience in parking operations and management
Strong understanding of business support functions
Proficiency in handling purchasing, payment processing, and invoicing
Expertise in income reconciliation and financial reporting
Able to administer IT systems and related software
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
