Responsibilities:
1. Engaging with people from all walks of life. You are able to hold conversations to establish their needs and wants. You communicate effectively through email, phone, face to face, and on videos for our social channels.
2. Spinning a lot of plates, you've mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks.
3. Maintaining relationships through regular contact with vendors, buyers, and developers to capitalize on all opportunities whilst ensuring a high level of customer service and engagement is sustained.
4. Collaborating with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals.
5. Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships.
6. Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach, generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximize in-branch opportunities, and thrive within a challenging yet stimulating environment.
7. Follow up on in-branch leads generated by the Estate Agency team and maximize value from each client.
8. Generate your own leads and business.
9. Work in tandem with the Estate Agency team, Admin team, Training and Development team, Compliance team, and Divisional Sales Director to ensure as efficient a process as possible for the client.
10. Provide exceptional client care and experience from beginning to end, going above and beyond to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
Working Hours:
1. This role is full-time office based.
2. Monday - Friday 08:30 - 18:00.
3. Alternate Saturdays 09:00 - 17:00.
4. Day off in lieu when working a Saturday.
The finer details:
It is essential that you currently hold CeMAP qualification, or an industry equivalent qualification. Experience of Mortgage and Protection Advising is essential. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
1. Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
2. Evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:
1. Passport/Birth Certificate.
2. Proof of Address.
3. National Insurance.
4. Full UK Driving Licence.

Compensation:
1. On target earnings of £40,000 to £60,000+ per year.
2. Fully uncapped commission scheme.
3. £22,000 - £28,000 Basic salary (dependent on experience).
