We are looking for an operational Customer Service and Fulfilment Manager for an interim 6 months assignment with the possibility of a longer term appointment. Ideally, you will have experience of working across the EMEA operations. You will lead a team through a period of transition working cross-functionally to ensure targets are met and that the customer experience is a good one.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading customer service, fulfilment, and service admin functions. You will look to implement improvements and work across the organisation to ensure that targets are met and that the customer's experience from order to cash is a good one. You will have experience of managing a small team and be a self-starter able to get up and running quickly and make a difference.
You will have had prior experience of running a customer fulfilment team. The ability to operate across the different functions of a business to improve performance is essential, and you should be open to considering a role on an interim basis.
Salary: £65,000 to £75,000
