How You Spend Your EightHours
* Adhere to all local state andfederal laws regulations and guidelines as well as the companysstandards for patientfriendly collections
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound callsmeeting a minimum daily goal of 200 calls
* Maintain acceptable update talk time and noaccountuppercentages
* Communicate clearly promptly andpositively with patients
* Maintainconfidentiality at all times
* Collaborate withmanager to identify personal learning needs and achieve goals usingavailable resources
* Work with otherdepartmental associates when applicable to ensure the clientscontinued success
* Commit to improvements asnecessary based on performance feedback
* Acceptresponsibility for own actions while taking ownership ofdepartmental outcomes
* Escalate patientcomplaints to management as applicable
* Exemplify the mission vision and core values of theclient in all personal and professional settings
* Accomplish other duties as assigned bymanagement
What You MustPossess
* Computer proficiency(required)
* Willingness to ask people to paytheir medical bills
* Availability to workbetween 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CDT Monday through Friday and from9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CDT Saturday
* Organizational skills attention to detail andflexibility
* Ability to communicate clearly andconcisely
* Ability to perform repetitive tasksand multitask with a high level of accuracy
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonalskills
* Ability to work well in a fastpacedchanging environment
* Working knowledge ofHIPAA FDCPA and Red Flag regulations
