Service & Construction Academy NCE, delivers Technical and Safety training for internal and external technicians.
As an operational Team Leader you are responsible for a team of instructors who delivers training in our training centers, on-site and remotely.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure high quality training deliveries, that accommodate customer needs
* Support necessary resources to the Training Administration team
* Secure great customer relationship
* Management of up to 25 instructors delivering safety and technical training
* Coordinate on-site and off-site training events, assist the administration team in scheduling trainings, logistics, communication and procurement.
* Actively contribute to a high level of well-being and psychological safety in the department
* Ensure the team lives up to the Vestas core values
Qualifications:
* Experience from the industry is an advantage
* Fluency in English
* Solid IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft office
* Readiness to travel
Competencies:
* Significant focus on quality and safety
* Ability to work in a diverse and cross functional department
* Strong communication skills
* High level of organizational time management and planning abilities
* A curious and innovative mindset
