A day in the life of…
As Front Office Manager, you will lead the Front Office operation, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience and that all customer enquiries and requests for bookings are dealt with promptly, courteously, and efficiently, always achieving the best revenue streams. You will also oversee all recruitment and continual development of the front office team, ensuring departmental objectives for the team are set and feedback is provided on a regular basis.
Based in the Hampton by Hilton Stockton Hotel, you will be part of a team of passionate people who know that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be computer literate. You will also have hotel experience, and OnQ experience is preferred but not essential. You should also be able to lead a team.
