Truly, madly deeply. How much do you care about Quality? If it’s as much as these guys, then you’d better get applying.
Passion is a lazy cliché, a witless word thrown around until it’s lost all meaning.
I’m not interested in your “passion”.
Bring your deep subject knowledge and quiet enthusiasm instead.
This food producer has a heritage stretching back well over years, but they’re definitely not stuck in the past. Their products have been recognised as World Class, awards have been won for Quality, and they’re continually innovating around product and packaging. Overall, it’s an exciting place to be.
If you’re the type of person who’s a stickler for detail, you’ll be in good company here. Everyone cares deeply. I’m not mentioning the ‘P’ word here, but it’s on the tip of my tongue. Detailed knowledge across the factory means production will refuse to pack if the product isn’t %; that’s how much people care here.
As a food Quality Manager, that should be music to your ears.
Bring your knowledge of the Retailer Codes of Practice, audit-ready standards, and BRC know-how, and my client will be very interested in talking to you. These are non-negotiables. At this level, it’s likely you’ll have a degree or HND in food science or a related field and know what a good QMS looks like. The icing on the cake will be a strong internal auditor with HACCP Level 4.
There are real opportunities for growth and development here. If you’re hungry to succeed and want to progress, I can’t think of a better business right now.
For a confidential discussion, send me (Alison) your CV, and let’s talk about your potential.
