Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator required to join a leading HVAC manufacturer. The Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will oversee site installations across the UK, occasionally working out of the West Bromwich office. This role involves managing projects from inception to handover, providing technical expertise, ensuring specifications are met, and coordinating all phases of the installation process. The focus will be on HVAC products and solutions, including ventilation systems, air conditioning, air-cooled chillers, heat pumps, heat recovery equipment, and air handling units. The Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator will ideally have experience overseeing on-site installations within the construction industry, specifically in a project or contract management role. We are particularly interested in candidates from an M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) contractor background within HVAC or similar industries, with hands-on experience working with HVAC products and solutions on-site. Package £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience Company vehicle with private use Yearly bonus Pension contribution 21 days holiday, plus bank holidays Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Role Manage multiple HVAC projects from receipt of order, inception through to handover stage. Provide technical expertise on HVAC products and solutions, including ventilation systems, air conditioning, air-cooled chillers, heat pumps, heat recovery equipment, and air handling units. Review and ensure accuracy of orders, quotations, and technical drawings. Act as a focal point to collaborate with client and sub-contractors. Ensure project milestones are met, delivering products on time and within budget. Responsible for producing detailed HVAC documentation in accordance with relevant regulation. Liaise with various engineering departments. Contracts Engineer / Project Engineer / Project Coordinator Requirements Proven experience as a Contract Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, On Site Engineer, Engineering Supervisor or similar within building services engineering. Strong understanding of HVAC products and solutions, including ventilation systems, air conditioning, air-cooled chillers, heat pumps, heat recovery equipment, and air handling units or multi skilled within electrical engineering. Ability to manage multiple contracts in an on-site, industrial HVAC setting. Experience overseeing on-site installations within building services engineering. Engineering qualification in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous. Must be commutable to the office in West Bromwich, West Midlands ADZN1_UKTJ
