Business Development Manager - Asset Finance
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic Asset Finance business. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team and help develop and close all leads and grow their network.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Arranging and meeting new potential clients/referrers to the business, focusing on generating and closing leads as well as developing relationships.
2. Maintaining current business relationships.
3. Managing all internal and external stakeholders, providing reporting and feedback.
4. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to expand market presence.
5. Working closely with a panel of lenders to match clients with the best financial products.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Understanding the importance of a new business operation within an Asset Finance environment.
2. Asset Finance experience and knowledge is ESSENTIAL.
3. Ability to manage a team and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
4. Target driven with a background meeting stringent targets.
5. Ability to evidence a successful track record of achieving new business success.
6. Fantastic communicator with the ability to comfortably speak with clients both on the telephone and in person.
