You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the construction industry who is looking for an experienced administrator, based in Edinburgh. They are experiencing a very busy spell and are looking to add a part-time member to the team to support the growth of the office function.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted with the following responsibilities:
1. Arrange travel requirements
2. Manage internal registers, such as car and telephone lists
3. Creating reports for management and directors
4. Book meetings internally and with external facilities, such as hotels
5. General reception work
What you'll need to succeed
6. Immediately available
7. Previous administration experience
8. Self-starter who isn't afraid to be hands-on
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office
10. Customer service experience
11. Previous experience in construction administration - desirable
