As a Technical Manager you shall perform a vital role in the development of reliable, cost-effective, high volume fire detection products. The role involves the analysis and decomposition of product requirements and derivation of a system architecture. Your main responsibilities will be: Team Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Technical Expertise & Guidance: Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools. Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the company's technical strategy. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Participate in strategic planning sessions and provide technical input. What you will need to succeed: To consistently plan and manage the team’s tasks and time to deliver multiple projects on time. Demonstrate an adaptable approach to delivering artifacts on time with resilience, and a willingness to embrace challenges. To identify and prioritise requirements from business stakeholders and customers in a manner that develops products which have maximum value to the business.
