A leading private sector organisation based in Guildford is seeking an IT Support Manager to oversee the on-prem services and contribute to hands-on hardware/software support. This is a permanent role requiring presence in the office 5 days a week in Guildford.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will ensure that the IT support functions professionally, providing quality service that meets the needs of the organisation. As the IT Support Manager, you will report into the IT Manager, supporting the overall infrastructure, projects, and driving technological advancements through best practice Service Framework.

Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need experience working to embed ITIL processes, IT Service Desk experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, resilience, ability to prioritise and manage, develop, implement, monitor, and maintain standards, processes, and procedures, as well as customer service experience.
What You'll Get
This role offers a competitive salary up to £55,000, with the opportunity to earn a bonus scheme of 20-30% of your basic pay based on the organisation's profit each year.
