We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our Furniture Administration and Service team.
What Office Admin will be doing;
* Delivering an efficient customer service experience to our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information over the phone and in writing.
* Problem solving and proactively seeking opportunities to prevent any future customer service failures.
* Logging incidents on our system.
* Liaising with suppliers regarding a quick and efficient way to resolve the customers' complaints.

37.5 hours per week
Usual hours 9.00-5.00
Weekend working on a rota basis
Free on-site parking
