WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As the Senior Client Manager, you will take charge of managing your client relationships, taking property valuations, leading viewings, and negotiating deals. You’ll handle new enquiries, provide expert advice on the property market, and ensure clients receive a seamless and exceptional experience throughout the sales process. Working closely with the Branch Manager, you’ll contribute to meeting sales targets and maintaining our reputation for excellence.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Experience : At least 3+ years in the property industry is preferred, but we are open to candidates with the right attitude and a willingness to learn. We are also open to experienced sales negotiators looking to advance their careers.
* Customer Service & Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for helping clients, going above and beyond and delivering an exceptional customer experience is essential.
* Driving Licence: A clean, full UK driving licence and your own car are required for this role.
