What you'll do
In this role, you'll be responsible for assisting the Avonmouth Construction Management team in delivering the Avonmouth FFT expansion project.
Your duties will include:
* Completing/reviewing weekly timesheets for site teams ensuring they are coded correctly
* Creating and managing files on our online portal
* General administration including invoicing, filing, posting, scanning, reporting and inputting data
* Assisting in the training of new members of the team on our delivery systems and processes
* Event and catering arrangements
* Office management, including ordering office supplies, sundries and PPE
* Scheduling meetings and managing the use of meeting rooms
* Coordinating office cleaning
* Processing applications and invoices
* Raising purchase requisitions
* The production and maintenance of various reports and schedules
* Annual site office health and safety audit preparation
* The management of office visitors and security passes.
What you'll need
You'll need to:
* Be computer literate, ensuring good data management
* Have the ability to work under pressure by prioritising your workload to meet target levels of service
* Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Be able to communicate with all levels to provide excellent customer service
* Be able to work as part of a team and use your own initiative
* Be able to communicate effectively with construction site and office teams
* Have excellent attention to detail and good organisational skills
* Be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
* Have a willingness to adapt and respond to changes in the workplace
* Be able to prioritise your workload
* Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
It would also be beneficial for you to have experience in SharePoint, Agresso and BIM360, while also being trained as a Fire Marshal, First Aider and Mental Health First Aider.
