At Paradigm Housing Group, we are looking for a Reactive Works Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of our repairs and maintenance service. In this role, you will ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently, emergency works are prioritised, and customers are kept informed every step of the way.
What You Will Be Doing
* Scheduling and managing repair works, ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
* Allocating specialised work to contractors when needed.
* Optimising engineer schedules to maximise productivity.
* Liaising with customers, engineers, and managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Handling urgent repair requests and ensuring quick resolutions.
* Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Supporting senior managers with reporting and project related tasks.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in a customer service or scheduling role, ideally in repairs or maintenance.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast moving environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
