Complaints Manager
The role

We’re looking for a Complaints Manager to lead a small, supportive team who prioritise collaboration and sharing best practice. You will ensure that complaints are handled efficiently, fairly, and in accordance with our policies, and that we keep learning and improving processes based on customer feedback. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact on the quality and transparency of our registration and revalidation processes.
The person
We are looking for someone with outstanding investigative, interpersonal and written communication skills, who can help us reach fair and clear decisions.
