Do you have a proven track record in budget setting and monitoring, and strategic resource management?
Are you able to interpret complex financial information and use it to inform policy and practice?
Will you persistently champion our school, live by its values, and work to optimise resources to meet the needs of our students?
Testwood School is seeking to appoint an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its finance function and operational services. The successful candidate will be expected to lead on developing and implementing the school's strategic financial plans and securing best value.
Working closely with the Headteacher, other Senior Leaders and Trustees, the CFO will ensure that the School's financial strategy supports its wider development priorities, which centre on improving outcomes and the life chances of children. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in financial planning, managing budgets, system development, and resource optimisation.
