Customer Service Executive Location: Wetherby Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 plus generous bonus Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus stats (increasing to 25 days with service), company pension, health cover and free on-site parking Overview: As Customer Service Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s customer interactions. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a small and friendly team with varied responsibilities including responding to customer queries via email and phone, processing orders along with making outbound calls and following up with existing customers. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone, building strong relationships along the way. Process orders efficiently and accurately. Discuss new products with existing customers. Provide excellent customer service. Make outbound calls to follow up with existing customers and revive lapsed business. Working with a Field Sales Partner to identify and generate new business opportunities. Set up new customers on the CRM system.
