ABOUT THE ROLE

SALARY: £11.55 per hour + £1.50 Tronc (Total package £13.05ph)
HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours including weekend shifts
RESPONSIBILITIES
* To be a consistently friendly and professional point of contact to all guests, following protocols with contact over the phone, via email and face to face.
* To anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond in assisting with requests. Being proactive in your approach to your work at all times.
* To build an in-depth knowledge in operating a range of systems including our PMS (Opera), & other systems used within the business including, but not limited to, ResDiary, MindBody and Microsoft Office.
* To work closely with other departments to ensure service & our guest experience is seamless across the business.
* Ensure payments are processed accurately and with confidence and discretion.
* To have a positive and energetic attitude, contributing to a pleasant working atmosphere.
* To enjoy a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible to a wide range of duties, including, but not limited to, administrative and operational duties.
* To ensure all front office working areas are kept clean and tidy throughout shift, including company vehicles.
* To be punctual and immaculately groomed for every shift.
* To be flexible in your approach to work, assisting other areas of the business as needed.
* To be an ambassador and knowledgeable about the Bamford Collection.
