Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including our rental motorhomes. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of motorhomes, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Dust, vacuum, and mop floors, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and well-presented.
* Stock supplies in motorhomes that the customers have booked, reporting any shortages to management.
* Take photos of the motorhome to show the vehicle is ready to rent.
* Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
* Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
Skills
* Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, Air B&B or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
