Business Data Analytics Consultant Business Data Analytics Consultant (Pharmaceutical Sector) Hybrid Working (WFH Stockley Park, Uxbridge) 12 month contract £450 per day (Inside-IR35) The Opportunity: The role partners with a wide range of cross functional stakeholders, including daily interactions with the key business units (marketing, sales managers, promotional and non-promotional field teams, medical, market access and legal team) and commercial operations peers, and engaging regularly with senior leaders (UK and Ireland) and regional / global cross-functional teams. Skills and Experience: 4 years’ experience of forecasting, analytics and market research within the pharmaceutical industry. A thorough understanding of pharma data sources (e.g. IQVIA / IMS) and significant experience incorporating data sets into analyses Commercial experience across insights and analytics – must be able to consult, recommend and implement on appropriate KPIs, data sources, business rules and analytics solutions Extensive understanding of analytic methodologies and demonstrated ability to apply these methodologies to answer business questions Strong proficiency in using data visualization tools – Tableau preferred Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary market research, with extensive experience in forecasting and analytics in the pharmaceutical industry Ability to translate marketing strategy questions into actionable Market Research projects and be able to challenge and support commercial teams to formulate their needs. Strong project management skills - planning, prioritisation, organisational ability, objective setting, meeting management and plan execution; making things happen and quickly is important in this role Role and Responsibilities: Candidates will be supporting affiliates through forecasting cycles, helping to embed new tools and processes, ensuring all country level and regional insights and intel are pulled through in to forecasts and in the roll up, scenario analysis and representation of Regional forecasts to senior stakeholders in multiple international locations.
