Office Administrator - London Bridge
* £25-30k Full time salary (to be pro rata for initial part-time hours)
* Hours: This role will initially be part time, 3 days a week, Wed, Thur, and Friday. After around 3 months, the role will go full time. All applicants must be happy with both part time and full time hours.
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join this design company and contribute to the day-to-day operations of their London Bridge based office.
As the Office Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our organisation, providing essential support and creating a welcoming atmosphere for their clients and employees alike.
The role of Office Administrator:
* Reception duties, welcoming guests and clients
* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers
* Set up and prepare boardrooms for meetings, ensuring everything is organised
* Coordinate and order lunches for meetings and events
* Keep the office clean and presentable, regularly conducting housekeeping duties to maintain a tidy and welcoming environment
* Take charge of office supplies, monitoring inventory levels, and placing orders as needed
* Any other ad hoc admin support needs as and when required
The ideal Office Administrator:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* A proactive and positive attitude
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
