Construction Administrator Exeter £26,000-£30,000 Permanent We are looking for a skilful Administrator with construction experience to join a growing contractor in Exeter, to provide effective administration support throughout the business. Duties will include: Purchase Ledgers and other general finance support Contracts Administration Commercial support Working with subcontractors, liaising over the phone and via email Managing Databases and spreadsheets The ideal candidate will have; Experience within the construction industry Excellent communication skills to liaise with a variety of colleagues, customers and contractors. Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications Be comfortable working across different departments Be willing to undertake further training and possible site visits to gain a better understanding of the company Working hours are Monday – Friday 8.30am-5pm, this is an office based role.
