Office Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Provide immaculate service to clients and guests
- Maintain reception and other office areas to a professional standard
- Support induction to new joiners
- General admin duties such as filing, scanning and photocopying
- Provide general support to all areas of the business as and when instructed
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, answer and forward incoming calls, filter emails
This list is not exhaustive and the ideal person for this role will bring a degree of flexibility and a can-do attitude to getting involved and thinking outside of the box.
Ideal candidate:
- Experience as an Office Manager or similar
- Flexible approach to work and be hands on to get the task done
- Willingness to learn and ability to adapt
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
- Understanding of what excellent service is
- Strong communication skills
