️TECHNICAL TRAINING COORDINATOR
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift pattern: Within core hours of Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with occasional evening and weekend inline with business needs
Salary: £24,500-27,500 dependant on experience
Location: Hybrid - New Milton with occasional travel inline with business needs
This role is a UK based role and any hybrid/remote work must also be within the UK.
Start Date: ASAP
For this role, you need 5mbps upload and 15mbps download internet speed

ABOUT YOU
You are a fantastic communicator who is very organised with high attention to detail.
You are customer focussed and resilient.
You have a technological mind and can explain technical processes to a non-technical audience.
You have technical knowledge of telecare systems & basic networking knowledge.
Experience working in a call centre environment and supporting colleagues learning.
Experience in creating process documents.
THE ROLE
Be a key part of the creation and execution of Project Lumos and the delivery of technical training that works together on best practice and brings together all the capability we have across the Group. You will be translating operational service design and products into learning and capability solutions, putting in place the right support to deliver effective outcomes. Be part of the ongoing delivery of the e-learning solution ensuring best practice across the group, delivering the desired learning outcomes, providing learners with the opportunity to practice the required skills and behaviours.
Work to agreed prioritisation from the Partners and deliver the learning solutions the Group needs at that time.
