Klarent Hospitality are recruiting for a Spa Therapist
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring consistent quality of customer service is provided to the guests in accordance with the Luxury Standards. You assist the Spa operations whilst being responsible for all therapists and treatments carried out within the Spa.

The Role:
* Be responsible for the smooth operation of the treatments, whilst working alongside the Spa Manager.
* To take ownership, co-ordinate and ensure that all Therapists are correctly trained and inducted in line with company specifications.
* Ensure client experience is proficient including bookings, payments, consultation cards and product recommendations.
* Demonstrate current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies.
* Represent the Spa Manager in their absence.
* Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services.
* Cover reception duties including welcoming guests, treatment reservations, spa tours and product sales.
* Interact and communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management team.
* Assist Spa Manager in meeting and exceeding department sales targets and ensure that sales are recorded accurately.
* Work towards individual monthly sales targets.
* Complete other duties assigned by the Spa Manager.
* Assist other departments, as necessary.

* Proven experience in a similar role within the spa, wellness or hospitality industry.
* Sound knowledge of spa treatments, techniques and products.
* Positive attitude and good communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Competent level of IT proficiency.
