IT Operations Analyst Work with cutting-edge technologies, contribute to the development of a forward-thinking IT and data strategy, and be a key player in driving the business forward. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support beyond the Service Desk, including systems like Autotask PSA, Salesforce, SAP Business One, and Microsoft 365. Collaborate with the IT Manager and Head of IT Operations to implement business and IT strategic platforms. Assist with new ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA, ServiceNow, and SAP Concur. Perform routine maintenance and support internal systems and infrastructure. Ensure documentation for all internal systems is up to date and assist with system evaluations. Support company meetings and events with AV setup. Manage and maintain mobile and laptop assets throughout their lifecycle. Assist with user account management, asset allocation, and recovery.
