We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join Trowers & Hamlins, an esteemed international and national law firm with a strong presence across the UK, Middle East, and South East Asia. This full-time, 10-month fixed-term contract role offers an exciting opportunity to work within our dynamic marketing team in London, supporting our strategic initiatives in real estate, banking, and finance.
The Role:
1. As a Marketing Assistant, you will:
2. Lead in executing marketing communications and campaign management initiatives
3. Plan, manage, and attend events, conferences, webinars, and seminars
4. Coordinate legal directory submissions and interviews
5. Assist with PR and social media strategies
6. Support business development efforts by understanding client needs and market trends
7. Help devise and implement marketing plans with partners and fee earners
The Candidate:
8. For the Marketing Assistant role, we are looking for someone with:
9. 12-18 months of marketing experience in a professional services or B2B environment
10. Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail
11. Strong IT skills and interest in digital/social media
12. Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines under pressure
13. A proactive and positive attitude, with flexibility to work outside office hours
