Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute robust sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in both corporate and consumer markets.
2. Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with third-party organizations to expand business opportunities and create mutually beneficial collaborations.
3. Client Acquisition & Retention: Proactively generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. CRM Management: Oversee the effective use of CRM systems like Zendesk, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and streamlining of the sales process.
5. AI Integration: Contribute to the implementation and adoption of AI tools to improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and enhance customer engagement strategies.
6. Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead in a competitive environment.
7. Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns, promotional activities, and events that drive brand awareness and support sales efforts.
8. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales performance, partnership outcomes, and market feedback to inform business strategy.
Key Skills & Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sales and/or business development in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong ability to negotiate, manage, and maintain strategic third-party partnerships.
3. Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk) and a strong understanding of their functionality.
4. Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sales and marketing processes is a significant advantage.
5. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
7. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple priorities.
8. Knowledge of both corporate and consumer markets is a plus.
9. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
