The Role As part of a dedicated on-site team of 5, you’ll deliver exceptional maintenance services, covering both the landlord and tenant sides of the building. Your responsibilities will include: Reactive and planned maintenance of electrical and mechanical plant Daily interactions with clients, requiring a professional and personable approach Ensuring compliance with all H&S and company standards Utilizing IT systems for maintenance reporting and tracking What We Offer Split shifts: 7am-4pm one week, 10am-7pm the next (Monday to Friday). About You Qualified in electrical maintenance, with a solid understanding of mechanical plant. Comfortable working in a client-facing environment with strong communication skills.
