Housekeeping Manager - Dunluce - Portrush Dunluce Lodge, our new 5-star luxury resort in Portrush, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping department. This crucial role ensures that all guest accommodations and public areas reflect the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury. What You'll Do: Manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department. Train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure top-quality cleanliness. Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures. Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and linens, ensuring budget adherence. Inspect rooms and public areas to enforce standards of cleanliness and presentation. Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
