The Social Care pathway provides a truly integrated, recovery focussed service to the people of South Staffordshire aged 16 and over, who are experiencing significant and disabling functional mental health difficulties. Our social workers are core members of the multi-disciplinary mental health pathwaysand are highly valued and respected in their role supporting the recovery journey for adults with significant mental health needs.
