Business Support Officer - Children and Families Services
Permanent, Part Time 22.5 hours per week to be worked over 5 days.
Do you want to make a difference for children and families in Bristol?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can provide a range of business support functions to our Bristol Children’s Services teams. You will work closely with key managers across the service, providing responsive business support to a variety of situations relating to our work in Child Safeguarding and with Children in Care.
As a Business Support Officer within Children’s Services, you will have the opportunity to learn about how we support children and families across Bristol. This will include opportunities to arrange, attend and minute meetings, collate data, invoice and purchase services and products, and support managers in creating reports. The person ideally suited to this post is someone who can deal with a variety of work calmly and proactively in a supportive environment.
Operating in a varied and interesting work environment, you will have excellent attention to detail and highly efficient IT skills. The successful person will need to be trustworthy and understand how to conduct themselves appropriately surrounding highly confidential information.
