Think FE is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity has arisen within the Learning Support Department of a well-regarded further education college in Worcestershire. This role involves managing Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to ensure effective support for learners, overseeing funding and negotiations, and coordinating the local authority review process. Key Responsibilities: Review EHCPs and ensure support is in place. Manage funding processes and maintain accurate records. Coordinate local authority reviews and statutory assessments. Support learner assessments from application to progression. Oversee completion of all relevant documentation, including evidence for specialist placements and tribunal cases. Track EHCPs, match them to funding bands, and manage associated costs via MIS systems. Details: Full-time, 37 hours per week. Fixed-term contract covering maternity leave until May 2025. Travel required across Worcester, Bromsgrove, and Redditch campuses. Ideal Candidate: Strong knowledge of EHCPs, local authority processes, and funding bands.
