We are currently recruiting for a Microsoft 365 Dynamics CRM developer to join our business based in Kelvedon.
The successful candidate will be working alongside the Head of IT and will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of our current Microsoft Dynamic CRM and Business Central systems.

Role and Responsibilities
* Work with stakeholders to manage the Dynamics 365 offering.
* Develop and customize solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform, including configuration, customizations, extensions, and integrations.
* Implement custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and other components to enhance Dynamics 365 functionality and meet business needs.
* Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to coding standards.
* Support deployment activities, data migration, and system integration efforts as part of Dynamics 365 projects.
* Promote, develop and improve the Dynamics 365 offering.
* Microsoft Dynamics Sales Professional CRM
* Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
Knowledge & Experience
* Hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or similar role, with proficiency in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE/CRM development.
* Strong knowledge of C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, Liquid and other relevant programming languages for Dynamics 365 development.
* Customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
* Integration with external systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
* Development of custom workflows, plugins, web resources, and reports in Dynamics 365.
* Experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages).
* Worked using agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
* Experience in version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines for software delivery.
* Interest in emerging IT trends and technologies.
* Can work effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
* Have a proactive attitude to self-improvement and working as a team.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and resolving technical issues.
