Plumbing Lecturer Annual Salary: £32,455 to £45,260 including London Weighting Location: West London Job Type: Full-time We are inviting applications for a dedicated Plumbing Lecturer to join our Engineering department. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about teaching and has a strong background in the plumbing industry. You will be teaching across a variety of programmes, including NVQ Level 2 and Diploma in Plumbing Levels 2 and 3. Day-to-day of the role: Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions in Plumbing and Building Services Engineering across various levels, including NVQ Level 2, Diploma Levels 2 and 3. Prepare lesson plans and materials based on the curriculum and industry standards. Assess and evaluate students’ progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience. Maintain records of students' attendance, assessments, and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine curriculum and teaching resources. Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified to Level 3 in Plumbing. Experience working in the plumbing industry. Previous teaching or training experience within the subject area is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners aged 16-18.
