Job summary We currently have a vacancy for a highly motivated practitioner with demonstrable clinical skills in mental health to apply for the role of Team Lead/Non Medical Prescriber (NMP), based in Canvey. The post holder will be responsible for the day to day management for part of the service, providing leadership, supporting staff and working collaboratively with medical colleagues, the existing Team Lead and the Team Manager to deliver high quality and safe care. The post holder will carry a small caseload of complex patients. In addition they will provide a NMP resource for the team.
