HOURS: Mon-Thur 08.30-17.00, Fri 08.30-16.30
SALARY: £37,284 - £40,945
This is an incredible opportunity for a talented and experienced project delivery professional to join our fantastic and dynamic organisation as we support our campuses in Kings Lynn, Wisbech, Cambridge, Downham Market and Lynnsport. You will be joining us at an exciting time, with a focus on improving the facilities at all of our sites.
What’s more, this is a newly reviewed role, giving you the chance to make your mark, not just on the job but, on the future image of CWA to our communities. You will plan, lead, co-ordinate and manage building projects at all college properties. Whilst holding either an HNC or HND in a relevant area is essential, what matters most to us is your enthusiasm, your ability to bring your vision to life and a passion for learning.
We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Property Services team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.
