Vacancy: Senior Manager, Cooperate Platforms Location: UK, Flexible or Lithuania Job Family: IT The Senior Manager, Corporate Platforms is accountable for the effective and efficient operation and development of corporate systems that underpin are central functions, such as HR, EHS, Procurement and Legal. They will lead a team of engineers and third parties who collectively provide an operational service to agreed service levels and work on project and product teams to develop, maintain and enhance the core IT technologies and platforms. The role will be accountable for the financial management, service delivery and controls compliance, engineering and delivery quality and the technical roadmap for their area. The role will identify and drive forward change to improve the platform quality and efficiency. The role is part of the wider IT Engineering team, and a key part of the role will be working with colleagues to deliver an overall engineering roadmap and approach aligned to our solution and enterprise technology roadmaps. Your responsibilities: Develop and drive implementation of platform level strategy and roadmaps to ensure alignment to JM product requirements applying knowledge of JM-IT strategy to ensure alignment. Lead the overall technology team for the defined set of platform technologies Demonstrate the art of the possible and drive adoption, to leverage the platform to its full potential Line manages the platform team providing effective people management, coaching and development support. Work closely with Product and Delivery teams to drive engineering coding methodology/ plan for the platform Infuse a sense of ownership and pride amongst team members to deliver high-quality, self-managed work outputs Requirements for the role: Leading a technology platform to deliver high quality operational and change services Working with Business IT Directors, Stakeholders, Vendors and Architecture to develop and maintain a platform roadmap Building new engineering teams, ways of working, processes and culture Managing significant budgets –both operational and change Matrix management structures and ways of working Extensive experience and technical expertise in Corporate SaaS technologies, in particular Workday and/or Coupa How you will be rewarded: We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including bonus, excellent pension contributions and 25 days annual leave (varies for shift-based roles).
