Salary: Up to £42,000 + Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and building services.
2. Inspect and maintain fire alarms, lighting systems, and HVAC equipment.
3. Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues efficiently.
4. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards.
5. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an Electrical Engineer in a facilities management setting.
2. Electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, City & Guilds).
3. Strong understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
4. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
5. Full UK driving license.
