* Mapping of plan vs country and EMEA sales activities
* Maintaining forecasts and sales analysis on all Broadcom pillars
* Tracking sales vs plan and establishing the right reporting structure through Arrow Insight tool in collaboration with FP&A and the Arrow Insight team
* Maintaining market intelligence and competitive watch
* Tracking success of main business development actions
* Conduct comprehensive research to gather data on industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior on all Broadcom pillars.
* Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to inform strategy and decision-making.
Master degree education, business school or university, with a specialization in management or finance,
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Tableau).
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Proven experience as a Market Analyst or similar role, preferably in IT.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of statistical methods and market research techniques.
