Would you like to become a member of our Primary Care Services reception and administration team providing innovative care to our patient population as part of an outstanding CQC organisation?
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and experienced Medical Receptionist/Administrator to work within our typing team. The post will be based at Holmcroft Surgery; however, it will cover the work for all three integrated GP practices within the Trust.
Band 3, £24,071 - £25,674 per annum pro rata, part time 30 hours per week. Fixed term for 9 months.
We are a friendly and well-organised team with a forward-thinking approach.
Main duties of the job
1. To work as a typist within Holmcroft Surgery with the scope of supporting other practices within the North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust's Primary Care Team.
2. To support the current team in managing both incoming and existing workload.
3. Use of EMIS and Docman.
4. To work within the processes and protocols which allow the organisation to comply with CQC and clinical and information governance requirements.
