Your Role: As a Care Assistant at Lawson House, you will:
* Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care, mobility, and meal times.
* Provide emotional support and companionship, making each day a little brighter for our residents.
* Monitor and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to senior staff.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
* Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
* Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver person-centered care.
What We're Looking For:
* A caring and empathetic nature with a genuine desire to help others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Previous experience in a care setting is a plus, but not essential.
