THE ROLE
As a Strategy Director, you can expect to be involved in the following:
1. Act as a key point of contact for clients, leading on their strategy on a daily basis
2. Customer journey planning, insights delivery, and deep dive analytics
3. Working across a variety of teams to make use of insights
4. Create and overlook project briefs to ensure junior members of the team are excelling
5. Communicate with a variety of stakeholders across the business
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Experience working with data-focused strategy in CRM
2. B2C experience is ideal
3. Agency-side experience is a plus
4. Stakeholder communication and management capabilities are useful
