Role Responsibilities:
* You will be the first point of contact for customers, forming strong relationships with them by serving customers behind the trading counter and answering the phones.
* Ensuring the branch is tidy and presentable at all times and putting stock in the appropriate place.
* Eventually, you will be given a ledger of customers to account manage.
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, with shifts from 7:00 – 4:00, 7:30 – 4:30, or 8:00 – 5:00. There is free parking on site and public transport is accessible.
Minimum Requirements:
* IT literate and confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone.
* Confidence and a good attitude.
* An interest in the construction industry and a willingness to learn.
