As one of our Bistro Supervisors, you will provide day-to-day support to the catering team, ensuring they offer great service in our Central Office Bistro and Distribution Centre Canteens. The role consists of working in a busy environment across 3 sites and requires a flexible approach.
The vacancy is for 30 hours working Monday to Friday with expected availability from 7am until 2.30 pm. Due to office hours, there is no weekend, evening, or split shifts; however, during seasonal trading, you may be asked to support as needed.
Using your previous catering experience, you will lead our team through breakfast and lunch services and support them with food production, meet budget controls, monitor ordering and wastage, cash handling, and maintain safe and legal procedures.
The role requires a positive and detail-oriented approach with excellent communication and leadership skills. Previous catering experience is essential; however, full training will be provided, and opportunities for further learning and development are available.
